INSURANCES: 

We are In-Network with most insurance plans, PPOs, and many HMOs.  We do accept Medicare, but not Medicaid. 

In Texas, United has a Medicare Advantage plan administered by WELLMED.   If you have that insurance, please make sure we are your Primary Care Provider on file.  We are looking to grow our WELLMED lives served so if you are currently WELLMED and looking for a change, we welcome you (and your friends!)!

As part of Jefferson Physician Group, an IPA of primary care doctors, we have discounted pricing for patients paying cash at the time of service.  Un-insured patients deserve reasonable pricing, and we do not take advantage of un-insured or out-of-network patients.
